When Jordan and Monique left from Aunt Queen's house. In the book, it says that Angel did not even bother to look up. Aunt Queen saw that Angel needed some serious mothering. Now to me, i think that only a very good parent would see that a child needs not only love, but good mothering. Aunt Queen saw that Angel needs love and gave it to her. Aunt Queen saw that Angel needs good mothering, and she gave it to her. Aunt Queen picked up Angel and sat her on her lap. Giving Angel a warm hug. That caused Angel to loosen up and not only talk to but to trust her. Now, that's a good parent who shows good love.
